My name is Paul and I am the President and Owner of ICS Group which was established in 2009. I have over 28 years of experience in the wastewater, renewable energy and power management industry. I graduated from Michigan Tech University with a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and also have a Professional Engineering license in the State of Wisconsin.

My name is Greg and I have been working with Paul at the ICS Group since 2016. I have over 20 years of experience working in the industrial and mechanical engineering industry, as well as project management.

Business Development Manager
My name is Kate and I joined the ICS Group in 2022. I enjoy elevating the brand of the ICS Group with strategic, measurable, and creative initiatives. My background includes roles in economic development, branding and marketing, as well as business development. I have multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. My specialties include inbound and outbound marketing, graphic design, and coordinating online and in-person events.
